The reasons why the vacuum can not be pumped are as follows:

1. Maybe the high leakage rate is what we usually call air leakage;

2. Maybe the pumping capacity of the vacuum unit is insufficient, and the oil is polluted or oxidized;

3. Maybe the vacuum chamber is too dirty and deflated;

4. There is water leakage in the vacuum chamber;

5. The vacuum pipe has air leakage;
